Maku Brewing, an independent craft brewery, needed a refresh so we gave them a complete do-over. The new identity builds on the stubborn perfectionism and directness that Maku is known for.
And while we’re at it, we helped Maku launch their new beer, Härkönen. This is a disruption in the 10.000 year tradition of brewing beer, as Härkönen is one of the first beers ever to use malted faba beans as an ingredient. Developed in co-operation with Viking Malt and VTT, malted faba beans are a great ingredient from an environmental perspective, but they do make for some good beer.
